First year < 100K the rate would be 5.20%, then 3.70% guaranteed years 2-5. If the Return of Principal option is elected, 1^st year would be 4.70%, then 3.70% years 2-5.

First year > 100K the rate would be 6.20%, then 3.70% guaranteed years 2-5. If the Return of Principal option is elected, 1^st year would be 5.70%, then 3.70% years 2-5.

This is a 6 year contract with a min rate guarantee of 3.00% in the 6th year.
